On May 15th at 8:30AM the members of American Legion Post 146 gathered together on the Winthrop Beach breakers to raise the Flag of the United States of America, for the twentieth year, in honoring the events of “9/11”. They have assembled each year since 9/11 to raise the flag on the Winthrop Beach breakers.
