Description:
The Belle Isle Marsh Education and Research Station was dedicated to Kermit Norris, founding member and first president of the Friends of Belle Isle Marsh, in a ceremony on November 6, 2021. Speakers were Mary Mitchell, Gail Miller, Debbie Norris and Sean Riley. Following the ceremony, Sean Riley gave a bird-banding demonstration.
